After dedicating much of their youth to athletics, owner Carl Mcfadden, and parter Bill Robichaud strive to share their expereinces in sports as real life applications to children of all ages and skill sets. These lessons learned go further than sports.
Carl Mcfadden
Founder
SNL co-founder Carl McFadden was a 3-sport athlete at Reading High School and a league all star in football and track. He was a scholarship football player at the University of New Haven. Upon graduating from New Haven, McFadden returned to the Reading community where he has spent over 20+ years coaching and helping hundreds of athletes to achieve their respective goals such as making their high school team to obtaining Division 1 scholarships. McFadden has been the Director of Reading Travel Basketball for the past 15 years, and has served as a Board member and coach of the Mass Rivals, a Board member of Merrimack Valley Basketball, the Burbank Ice Arena, the Greater Boston YMCA (Reading YMCA appointee) and the Reading YMCA. McFadden also spent 8 years as an assistant coach at Reading High School and was elected to the Reading School Committee for 6 years. Carl resides in Reading with his wife Jill and children Jake (20), Will (16) and Kylie (14).
Bill Robichaud
Managing PartnerBill Robichaud was a two sport captain and all-star at Reading High School in Football and Wrestling and a member of Readings Athletic hall of fame as captain of Reading’s first Super bowl title winning team in 1995. Bill went on to play football at Bentley University. Bill has spent the last 5 years coaching youth recreation and travel teams in both football and basketball. After spending 5 years as a coach in the SNL program Bill joined the SNL management team in 2017. He is currently apart of Austin Preparatory's football coaching staff. Bill resides in Reading with his wife Jenn and children Joshua (13) and Charlotte (10), both of whom participate in SNL Flag Football.
